Just wanted to report that I had some credit card problems while making a purchase last night (order #163449). After making my purchase I was asked for my security code for the card (it has never asked me for this before). I typed it in, it failed, I tried the leading numbers the 2nd time, that failed, 3rd time I tried the last 3 again and it went through. Just wanted to give a heads up, and to make sure that my order is alright, thanks.

We've been able to approve this manually, so it'll go out today.
In the future, please email our customer service staff (info at adagio dot com) instead of posting. This'll give you the quickest response and avoid having us tell them the wrong thing!

Thanks for the reply. Strange why I have never had this problem on any of my other orders. Just so long as my brothers xmas present gets here on time. Thanks for the great service and great tea.
