I have been hearing various claims that green tea helps to boost metabolism. If this is true then how much is recommended per day & can it be decaf?

Absolutely... due to the fact that all teas come from the same plant and therefore have the same composition, all teas would have virtually the same health benefits.
If you do not like tea, chance are you've never tried the good stuff brewed the right way. Please give ours a try-- we're sure you'll change your tune or gladly take back the tea for a full refund.
