Good morning. I just signed up and haven't had a chance to check out previous posts.
In December 2019 a friend of mine, returning from a trip to Iran, brought me a taste of 2 different teas: a black tea, presumably assam and collected in a car (broken grade); another green.
He told me about the latter that it is a precious and expensive tea. As for the appearance it is a whole and large leaf so I think it is the third leaf. The taste is delicate and velvety on the palate with persistent notes of fresh hay and shows a beautiful bright yellow color. Unfortunately he was not able to give me information if it was tea imported from another country or if it was a native production and what cultivar it was, so I wanted to ask you if you knew green teas of Iranian origin. (I would like to attach some photos but I can't understand how to do it, sorry).
Thanks to who can give me some information
