Old coffee beans
While scrounging around the house today I found some coffee beans that were roasted in 1998 and have been left in their bag ever since. Does coffee age as well as some tea or am I just being too hopeful?
Re: Old coffee beans
Once it´s roasted coffee has a shorter shelf life than any tea, it´s really only good for a few weeks at best. Your "aged" coffee is just going to be rancid and nasty....just throw it in the compost pile.
