impromptuandy: Xu De Jia Tea Tray

by impromptuandy » Sep 13th, '15, 20:08

Purchased from Red Blossom back in February. Glazed porcelain. Fits one teapot nicely. So, more of an interestingly shaped tea boat than a tea tray. I don't use it anymore -- I've found a simple, small plate works better. (You can tell I'm a very good salesperson.)

Dimensions are: length 7.25", width 5.75", height 2.25"

One thing to note is that the handle of some teapots will run up against the perimeter of the center hole -- so you've got to turn the teapot so that the handle fits in the sloping part. This is just barely the case with the pictured shui ping -- I have a slightly smaller shui ping (~100ml) for which it isn't the case.

RB still has these in stock for $128. Asking $65 + shipping. Contiguous US only please. Can ship within 2-3 days after payment is arranged.
